Biography
Ms Oi-Lin LEE started her career as a secondary school chemistry teacher and the chemistry subject panel head. She then joined the surface finishing industry, where she gained her industrial experience and established a very supportive network when she returned to teaching in the mid-80s.
In 1986, she joined the Vocational Training Council as a Senior Lecturer, and then was promoted as Head of Department, Principal and Deputy Executive Director. She continued to serve upon retirement as a Principal Corporate Adviser (Development) till September 2013.
Ms LEE has rich experience in Vocational Professional Education and Training (VPET) and interest in areas such as strategic planning, curriculum development, management of resources and projects to meet the changing needs in education and training. She also passes her VEPT experience to support our local creative talents onto her service at PMQ, a creative hub, and Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC).
