The Science Distinguished Visiting Scholars Scheme was established in 2019. It aims at enhancing the Faculty’s visibility and research competitiveness in the international academic community by establishing collaborations with leading institutions and individuals. It is designed to attract candidates who are outstanding scholars and whose expertise is in areas that align with the strategic direction of the Faculty and who are at the forefront of their fields. These Distinguished Visiting Scholars would bring enormous benefits and render significant contributions to the research of the Faculty by activities such as building research collaborations, identifying important research topics, building capacities, nurturing young researchers.
