Request for Science Talk and Admissions Talk

NOTES FOR APPLICATION FOR TALKS

1. Please submit your request at least 1 month in advance of the preferred date.
2. Requests submitted more than 3 months before the preferred dates will be acknowledged but not processed immediately.
3. A minimum group size of 20 students is required for a talk to be arranged.
4. The Faculty will make every effort to accommodate the school's preferred schedule. However, talks may not be possible on certain dates due to academic and teaching commitments. We will propose the nearest available alternative.
5. Priority is given to schools that did not participate in any Science Talk, Admission Talk, or Campus Visit during the previous academic year. We may also priotise requests aligned with Faculty’s outreach objectives and resources availability.
