How to share a piece of cake between two people so that both will be happy? What if there are three people?

How to share 12 coins between two people in the ratio 3:4 if each coin cannot be subdivided?

Problems of sharing and allocation occur frequently in real life. In this talk the speaker will take audience through to look at some of such problems, and see how mathematics helps (and sometimes fails to help).
