Adverse Weather Arrangements - 217th Congregation, Faculty of Sciene

Please note the following arrangements for Friday, 17 July 2026, should the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal be in force. 

Sessions 1–3

If the warning is hoisted or remains in force after 10:30 a.m., the Congregation will be postponed to a later time on the same day or rescheduled. Follow-up arrangements will be announced through the Faculty’s website and social media platforms.

If the warning is lowered or cancelled at or before 10:30 a.m. The Congregation will proceed as scheduled.

During a Session

If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during a session, the session concerned will continue, as the Congregation is being held indoors.

Graduands and guests are advised to monitor the latest weather updates and check our official channels before travelling to the venue.
