We are pleased to announce that the 211th Congregation cum Prize Presentation Ceremony, Faculty of Science, HKU will be held on November 18, 2023 (Saturday).
As in previous years, the Ceremony is regarded as one of our biggest events and is very much looked forward to by our graduates. Families and friends of our graduates will be proud to see them recognised on stage at this memorable and once-in-a-life occasion. Class of 2023, please mark this important date in your calendar.
An alternative of opting VIRTUAL Congregation
A virtual format of the 211th Congregation will be held online on November 10, 2023 Friday at 11 am to provide an option for graduands who have a genuine need for the early issuance of the graduation certificate (i.e. before the dates of the in-person congregations) for the purpose of employment or further studies. Graduands may only choose to participate in the virtual format of the Congregation OR the in-person format; they cannot attend both. Late registration for the Virtual Congregation will no be accommodated.
Registration opens from mid-Oct and invitation will be sent to graduands via their HKU email by then. Please keep checking your @connect.hku.hk mail box to get messages from the Faculty. Stay tuned.
