Faculty Retreat 2025

The Faculty Retreat was recently held on May 9, 2025, at the WM Hotel in Sai Kung. The event saw a remarkable attendance, with over 80 faculty and staff members, encompassing professors, lecturers, and technical staff from our five schools, departments, the affiliated school, and the Faculty Office, marking their presence.

During the retreat, participants explored a wide range of topics, such as enhancing teaching and learning strategies, advancing research capabilities, and improving faculty recruitment and retention. These discussions were instrumental in sparking dynamic exchanges of perspectives and insights, while instilling every participant with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Faculty.
