Graduands may only attend the Congregation that most closely corresponds to their graduation period, provided they have met all graduation requirements by the cut-off date for that Congregation.
Those eligible for the award of a science degree from the Faculty will be invited to register for the Ceremony and will receive confirmation thereafter. If a graduand does not meet the requirements by the cut-off date, their pre-registration will be automatically cancelled, and they will be considered for the next Congregation.
Students who are uncertain about their eligibility are responsible for verifying that they can meet all graduation requirements and should consult their respective departments for clarification.
