Professor Jimmy JIAO Receives Prestigious M. King Hubbert Award from NGWA

Professor Jimmy JIAO, from the Department of Earth Sciences, has been honoured with the prestigious M. King Hubbert Award by the National Ground Water Association (NGWA) in the United States. The award was presented to Professor Jiao during Groundwater Week 2023, which took place from December 5-7 in Las Vegas. This event marked the 75th anniversary of NGWA's excellence in the field.
The M. King Hubbert Award is bestowed upon individuals who have made major science or engineering contributions to the groundwater industry through their research, technical papers, teaching, and practical applications.
