Registration and Abstract Submission Deadline: February 28, 2015 23:59 (HKT)

Registration Fee

HK$3,000 (Regular) or HK$1,500 (Students) which include a book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, and the banquet on March 10, 2015.

Companions of registrants are also welcomed to join the banquet on March 10, 2015. The charge is HK$500 per person for both adults and children.

*Only registrants (Regular or Students) will be included in the participant list of the abstract book, companions will NOT be listed.

Please note that all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Methods of Payment

    2. You can pay by credit card online in the online registration and abstract submission form below. The system will generate an acknowledgement email with invoice no., approval code, event name and amount paid, but WITHOUT quoting the credit card number. NO other form of receipt will be given.

    3. If you need a formal receipt, you may pay

    1. by Credit Card by providing credit card information in the payment form (in doc format or in pdf format) and returning the completed form to us EITHER by email to ast3@hku.hk OR by fax to (852) 2858 4620; or
    2. by Check payable to "The University of Hong Kong" and mailing to Faculty of Science, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong (Attn: Dr Anisia Tang); or
