  • Dietary phytochemicals and age-related diseases
  • Molecular mechanism and preventive strategy of skin melanogenesis
  • Natural products chemistry and herbal medicines

Current Research

  • Studies of efficacy and action mechanism of dietary polyphenols against the formation of AGEs and AGEs-induced endothelial dysfunction
  • Effect and molecular action mechanism of phytochemicals as regulators against melanogenesis and UV-induced photodamage
  • Development of lead compounds for treatment of age-related diseases
  • Development of strategies for lowering the formation of thermally induced food toxicants
