  1. Transportation To / From The Airport

    1. Airport Express

The Airport Express is a dedicated airport railway line providing fast and reliable service operating daily from 0550 to 0115 hours at 12-minute intervals (last train departs from Airport and Hong Kong Stations at 0048 hour). The journey to or from downtown Hong Kong takes approximately 24 minutes. Franchised buses also provide speedy transport to different parts of Hong Kong. Other modes of transportation include taxis, tour coaches and hotel limousines. For details, please visit http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/getting_around/timetable_index.html.

    2. Taxi

You should expect to pay approximately HKD 300 for a taxi from the airport to central Hong Kong, but the price will vary according to your exact destination. The law in Hong Kong is strict on drivers charging according to the meter. Please note that the meter fare does not include the luggage fee or tunnel fees.

    3. Airbus

Airbuses are cheaper than the train but are a slower way to travel to/from the airport. Lines A11 and A12 cost HKD 40, HKD 45 respectively and go to Hong Kong Island. A21 costs HKD 33 and goes to Kowloon.
