Registration Fee

US$300 (Early Bird) or US$350 which include a book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, and the local tour and banquet on 16 December, 2015.

Companions of registrants are also welcomed to join the local tour and banquet on 16 December, 2015. The charge is US$70 per person for both adults and children.

Please note that all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Methods of Payment

    2. You can pay by credit card online in the online registration and abstract submission form below. The system will generate an acknowledgement email with approval code, event name and amount paid, but WITHOUT quoting the credit card number. NO other form of receipt will be given.

    3. If you need a formal receipt, you may pay

    1. by Credit Card by providing credit card information in the payment form (in doc format or in pdf format) and returning the completed form to us EITHER by email to conf2015@hku.hk OR by fax to (852) 2858 4620; or

      *Please be reminded that all bank charges charged by the sender's bank should be absorbed by the sender.

    4. We do NOT recommend registering and/or paying on-site in order to avoid messy paperwork at the registration desk.
